  1. The controller of personal data is Malt Invest Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at: ul. Rataja 1, Debrzno NIP- 8431611652, KRS 0000456245.

  2. Malt Invest Sp. z o. o. will not sell or disclose collected personal data to third parties.

  3. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) Malt Invest Sp. z o. o commits itself to meet the requirements regarding confidentiality and safety of collected personal data.

  4. Malt Invest Sp. z o. o collects following personal data:

  • First name and family name

  • Date of birth

  • Address of residence

  • Email address

  • In case of company- NIP [Tax Identification Number]

  • Computer IP number

  • Phone number

  • Cookies

5. It is essential to give the personal data enlisted in point 4 in the following cases:

  • First name and family name- to fulfil the order placed by the Customer

  • Date of birth- in accordance with the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety of 26 October 1982 to confirm that the customer is 18 years of age or older,

  • Address of residence- to fulfil the order placed by the Customer by dispatch of the ordered goods,

  • Email address- to communicate with the Customer during order fulfilment,

  • In case of company- NIP [Tax Identification Number] to issue an invoice,

  • Computer IP number- retained for technical and statistical purposes,

  • Phone number- to communicate with the Customer during order fulfilment and to confirm placed order,

  • Cookies- cookie files to identify Customer’s web browser.

Under the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 833, as amended) the Customer has a right to access, correct, amend, update his or her personal data content as well as to have them erased by sending email to info@bestwhiskymarket.com or application by registered letter to the Seller’s address.

  1. Service does not collect any automated information, except from the information contained in cookies.
